Not all junk food is created equal: an overview of the differences

The term fast food comes from English and literally means "fast food". In a figurative sense, it is to be understood as quickly prepared and therefore also quickly accessible food. It usually involves little effort.

Just because something is ready to eat quickly doesn't mean that it has to be unhealthy too! Because salads, sandwiches, yoghurts, etc. can also be called fast food and can be very healthy and full of nutrients.

This quickly creates a vicious circle that you should stop if you want to pay attention to a healthy diet.
