Does ClickBank work well for Indian partners

BannersBroker a pyramid scheme

by Michael Zachrau (last updated on May 22, 2018 12:31 PM CET)

Bannersbroker - a ponzi at the end

Since 2012 I have made it very clear what I think of Bannersbroker. And warned about banner brokers.

That earned me a lot of criticism and attacks, including very personal ones. Even a lawsuit was brought by a particularly notorious banner broker partner - which of course I won.

But much more important was and is that for more than 2 years all interested parties in the German-speaking countries had the opportunity to get their own picture and received unadulterated information from banner brokers.

And could report without being blocked, as it was always with Bannersbroker. Anyone who asked questions or even expressed criticism was thrown out immediately and even lost their deposit.

How could it go on for so long?

Answer: Because in the end there were enough blenders and unscrupulous people and also in the end enough mindless victims who believe everything they are told.

So now the fraudulent and criminal farm trapping by Bannersbroker is finally over.

The Bannersbroker website has been offline for months and now it is coming to light how the gang of scammers worked. The cooperation of the international law enforcement authorities now also indicates that the masterminds will not get away with impunity, as is often the case in such Ponzi schemes.

The fraudsters had fooled many people into believing that Bannersbroker was a legal and reputable Internet business and was ruthlessly destroying livelihoods and cheating families out of all of their savings - against their better judgment, deliberately.

Most recently, one of those who had been cheated had no other way out and committed suicide.

In December 2015, the fraudsters were finally arrested in Canada. (Details on this)
In an exemplary, coordinated investigation, in which the public prosecutor's offices and tax authorities of some countries, including Germany, were involved, the brazen fraudsters were stopped in December 2015, about 3 years after this article.

Liquidation of a total bankruptcy

In the liquidation phase of the Ponzi scheme (fraud scheme) Bannersbroker, the last payment partners also turn away. Apparently no reputable company wants to have anything to do with criminals and their fraudulent machinations. Below is the confirmation of the PAYZA cancellation in the original English text. Note that PAYZA Bannersbroker has canceled, not the other way around, as is still claimed. World eWallet is announced as a new payment processor, but surprisingly does not work. As can be heard, the liquidators will be in a few days(Note from the author: has now been made, see link below) publish a website about the Bannersbroker liquidation, in which they will report up-to-date on the state of the draining of the fraud swamp around Chris Smith and also show where and how cheated “partner” claims against BBIL i.L. (Banners Broker International Limited in Liquidation).

Tuesday 10 June 2014

"Confirmation of PAYZA withdrawal. NOTE that it says PAYZA ended with BB, not the other way round:

Tuesday June 10, 2014
Termination of Payza

As of June 9, 2014, Payza has concluded its relationship with Banners Broker. Payza has been a long time association on Banners Broker and we are sorry to see them go.

We are excited to welcome World eWallet, a new global money transfer system as a new one-stop solution for payouts to Banners Broker affiliates.

All payout requests that were made using Payza will be kept and transferred over to World eWallet, Banners Broker’s payout solution of choice. In order to keep your withdrawal date, we ask that you do not reverse your pending withdrawal requests. If a request is reversed, it will lose its place in the queue and newly created requests will be processed by date order.

With the launch of World eWallet and the integration with the BB system, affiliates will see a new caliber of payout processing that we are proud to stand behind. "

German banner broker partners are noticeably holding back

Everyone who has already lost money at Bannersbroker knows the names:

The German Bannersbroker partner Daniel Schäfer, -that is the man who boldly claims: "In the worst case, you are three days behind with the processing of complaints, ... over 90% of the BannersBroker affiliates regularly pay ..."), Andreas Zenker, Rainer Barton and Dr. Monika Dengg (who clearly distances herself from the other partners mentioned in her blog post, see below).

Lately we have heard news from the now most prominent (purely Google-technical) representative, the honorable Andreas Zenker. This is very interesting in that he doesn't mention Bannersbroker with a single syllable on his new website.

He is now advertising (no, of course only education 😉 for other systems and has become much more cautious with his promises. That is nothing bad, just what does that mean for banner brokers? What is very remarkable is that he does not work under functioning banner brokers (does not mean = recommended !! ;-)) lists risky, non-functioning systems under failed systems. So not mentioned at all! Has he forgotten about Bannersbroker? Are there gaps in his memory?

Why is he hiding his extensive experience with Bannersbroker?

Are you that bad? Or so great that he prefers to keep it to himself? I can't imagine.

There is only one reason for this: if he were to tell the truth, he would have a huge problem with Bannersbroker (and his air panels, which he immediately loses if he says a critical word against Bannersbroker) and those he is duping has led. And if he continued to claim that Bannersbroker is a great thing, he would run the risk of promoting a criminal system. The clever man preferred to leave out the banner broker, so he can't go wrong.

NEWS from Canada: Police in Toronto are investigating banner brokers

The liquidator in Ireland, Paul Appleton (OFFICIAL JOINT LIQUIDATOR.

Contact: Paul Cooper @ paul.cooper @ drpartners.com Tel: 020 7400 7900) announced yesterday (March 16, 2014) that the Canadian police in Toronto are now investigating Chris Smith and Bannersbroker.

The Financial Crimes Unit, led by Chad Nickles, is asking for information in the course of the investigation. He also gives a telephone number under which he can be reached directly:

001/416-808-7327

NEWS from UK: Bannersbroker now also stopped by the English court

As reported by the Irish Examiner on February 27, 2014, Judge David Doyle at Douglas Court ordered the liquidation of Banners Broker International Ltd (BBIL). More information on developments in the comatose fraud company over the next few days. The masterminds like Chris Smith have now moved to Belize (Central America).

Belize is known for not extraditing to EU law enforcement agencies and is therefore a popular retreat for many scammers.

According to the court, the accounts of the banner brokers in the UK still slumbered € 4.4 million.

12,000 cheated investors from Ireland and many more 1,000 internationally were still not served.

The ordered examinations will now take about 1 month.

In Germany, people are now getting nervous too. Interestingly enough, the last banner broker fanatics have suddenly taken their personal advertising and their unspeakable lies and slogans for banner brokers from the Internet. I will continue to report up to date.

Anyone who understands English can get up-to-date information on Facebook, on the banner broker Ponzi Scam “Fan” page. (Link see below)

For those in a hurry who want to know what's going on right away and don't have time for the whole article and over 400 comments - straight to the point - the summary:

So hands off and quickly forget? I thought. I thought wrong!

And now, however, some of my acquaintances - especially from the group of those who are not online marketing professionals but work in other industries - therefore only know Internet marketing from a user perspective - have joined Bannersbroker, mostly with small amounts . Most of them do not want to or cannot see what it is. Motto: “It's just a little game”, and “I've already got my stake out”. Or: "BB is like the lottery, it is not only won". The best thing is: "After my initial success, I plan to invest significantly more in banner brokers and to retire with my monthly profits!" So the recruiting and the show worked extremely well despite weaknesses. The aim of the banner broker events is achieved through an old mechanism: Greed eats the brain!

As evidence of the brainlessness: What should you think of the following original text on the Bannersbroker website?

Be an attention seeker.

Your website may currently be earning profit and generating traffic, but we have a technique that'll increase your sales even further. We understand that your brand is everything to you, and there is a lot of dedicated planning and business development to be taken to get it where it is. That is why we offer an opportunity where you are in full control and can monitor your earnings on a constant basis. "

Do you think that international internet companies cannot translate English into German?

Or maybe the German-speaking market is not Bannersbroker's target market at all? There is also no German banner broker website, as is well known in this country there is an imprint obligation.

Does banner broker management see the laws and authorities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as stricter, or does one assess the potential "investors" (affiliates) more critically and more experienced than in third world countries such as India, Pakistan and Uzbekistan?

But in DACH there is far more money to be had for the banner brokers, right?

If Bannersbroker can answer the questions A-G (see below) completely and consistently, I like to invest in the "company", book ads for my customers and myself and recommend Bannersbroker to my contacts in the network.

If you really want to burn your fingers and also want to make a fool of yourself, I can currently recommend Bannersbroker ;-)

All serious networkers should now have realized at the latest that their reputation is in serious danger.

However, whoever should no longer value it - and unscrupulously me and other Sch.dr. want to turn on - can at least remain stolen from me and will soon notice that success only thrives on fraud for a short time and never on "I don't want to know exactly". In any case, the sheer mass of blinded people is no proof of seriousness and legitimacy. Above all, those who have a very low income or have a lot of debts are tempted - and in the end they will only sink even lower, also in the respect of their remaining friends and acquaintances, if they accept this “shortcut”.

Conclusion: Stay away from Bannersbroker.

P.S .: On the subject of MLM / Ponzi: It looks like a duck, it walks like a duck and it croaks like a duck. Hmmmmh, is it a duck?

PS2: I not only want to save one or the other from something stupid, make them thoughtful and warn of the consequences - I also want to ensure that Internet marketing, which is still characterized by snake oil sellers, charlatans and lucky knights, is Scene is becoming a little more professional and thus finally becoming socially acceptable for medium-sized entrepreneurs.

P.S. 3: For beginners in the colorful Internet advertising world: The 2 advertising spaces on this page are used by Google as part of their AdSense program for banner advertising. I didn't have to pay a cent for this as a “publisher” or any “advertiser”. Money only flows when the banners are clicked. Google ensures that advertising is shown that matches your interests in order to generate as many clicks as possible. How Google knows that, everyone will be able to guess.

Anyone interested in the details and looking for evidence and evidence - now to the facts.

As a current comparison shows, the intrinsic value of Bannersbroker on the Internet is not the best. Facts that hurt those who are invested. But more importantly, it is evidence of problems and weaknesses that others should consider before investing their money.

What is Bannersbroker's visitor traffic worth compared to the competition?

Compared to the competition of real affiliate networks, Bannersbroker scores extremely poorly. Obviously, Bannersbroker's visitor traffic comes mainly from partners who are waiting for their payouts - with real affiliate networks like clickbank, for example, visitors from Google search queries are 2,500 times more valuable. (Source: own research with Searchmetrics, one of the best SEO / SEM suites)

The domain trust of bannersbroker.com (see image values from WOT) is also extremely negative, despite many banner broker partners who try to counter the wave of total rejection with mendacious, positive cheering comments. The true tendency of the majority always prevails in the end, as dictators have already established, on the Internet 😉

What are examples of affiliate networks and what are their characteristics?

And now there is no example of Google, which Bannersbroker likes to use in order to make itself bigger. Google hasn't even removed and remotely done anything with Bannersbroker. Not just another league. Different universe!

That's why I choose a company that the vast majority of Bannersbroker partners will never have heard of, but which really does what Bannersbroker never tires of claiming. Affiliate network.

Paying on Time Every Time Nothing at Bannersbroker

100,000 active affiliate marketers allegedly 420,000 affiliates, of which a maximum of 2,000 active Ponzi partners *

35,000 transactions / day Nothing at Bannersbroker, only own sales

50,000 Digital Products Ad Pub Combo in 7 different colors (but now without Blind Network)

2 billion customer sales Embarrassed silence ...

* who are busy finding the unsuspecting, appeasing their downline, lying, cheating and dragging other "partners" into it

I don't need to explain why the first point is the most important one - in sales there is nothing going on without moss, as is not only used to say in MLM circles.

If Bannersbroker has 420,000 affiliates, as they claim, then the payouts shouldn't be a problem.

Or is it 420,000 victims who are given a Sch. has turned on, have finally noticed this at some point and therefore want to have the more fictitious value of their account back.

The big end is still to come - for the fraudsters!

September 30, 2013, Cologne, mz

After 9 months even the most blindly believing optimists and the most unsuspecting “partners” should have noticed that BannersBroker seems to be a scam.

Countless commentators and bloggers have confirmed this, many victims have burned their fingers and lost money and “friends”.

A lot of them may even have committed a criminal offense because they let Bannersbroker harness them to pull others into it.

For them now comes the most uncomfortable chapter: contact with the law enforcement authorities and the punishments.

Damaged people should get together and complain - this is the only way to get their money back and ensure “hygiene” so that Internet criminals cannot enrich themselves with impunity from the ignorance of their victims.

But that doesn't stop notorious banner broker “partners” from continuing.

Below is one of those who are still promoting Bannersbroker to this day (October 15th, 2013!).

Does the man know what he's doing?

This is how the "partners" advertise - still!

In the meantime, as of December 30, 2013, the following ad on the Bannersbroker page has been removed. (Message: "Sorry, but the page could not be found. Perhaps the search function will help to find a result.") Instead, a new system will be launched on November 12th. announced. ("…just a few days…").

Obviously, the "partner" was embarrassed about his advertising for Bannersbroker and he finally noticed that by publicly advocating for Bannersbroker he is damaging his reputation or even making himself liable and vulnerable.

I therefore assume that the banner broker partner in question no longer wants to attract attention in public with advertising for banner brokers and that the content of the article is no longer available. Everyone has the right to change their mind.Nevertheless, everyone is responsible for their expressions of opinion in public, including, of course, those that they no longer want to remember. I take note that the gentleman in question has probably changed his mind about Bannersbroker.

Therefore, and without recognizing a legal obligation, I anonymize the following promotional item and remove the picture. If the gentleman in question has not changed his mind about Bannersbroker and is still standing by his advertising text, he could have simply left the article on the Bannersbroker page, like others (very negligent by these "partners", so ringleaders can be easily identified ) still do this.

Similar advertisements (early 2014) still exist on various sites.

Do the people actually know what they are hired for?

The following article is an original quote and comes directly from the publicly accessible website of the banner broker partner.

Source: http://bbteam.ag/ueber-ein-jahr-partner-von-bannersbroker-XXXX-XXX/#more-1130

(Author's note: I expressly distance myself from the content of the article.

I changed the name of the banner broker partner and removed the picture, as the "partner" has since withdrawn the article (as of December 30, 2013).)

Partner of BannersBroker for over a year

In spring 2012 I was made aware of BannersBroker by a BannersBroker Affiliate Partner via a social network.

Since I am very active in this social business network, I get a lot of news / offers almost every week about additional income, earning money, additional income, passive income, multi-level marketing systems. None of these appealed to me. Except for the BannersBroker system.

If one observes entrepreneurs and also private people, a lot of money is invested in advertising or other things. As an entrepreneur, for example, I place monthly print advertising in various regional magazines. With the aim of getting new customers. The money paid for it is gone after the promotion. Others advertise through Google Adwords to get visitors to your website. Individuals play the lottery monthly and know that the stake is 99.999% gone.

BannersBroker gives everyone the opportunity to build a new business with online advertising without high entry costs. The nice thing about BannersBroker is that my entry costs are low and I get these costs back after a certain period of time. With the business development, I have the opportunity to build a regular income without having to pay anything in addition. Furthermore, I get impressions for my financial commitment, which I can use for my own advertising. For example, I have the opportunity to advertise my own website or my affiliate link and, like Google Adwords, get more visitors to my website and new customers.

What I really like about BannersBroker is that you can start this business on your own. Without having to talk to people all the time, as is the case with other systems.

After a year, however, I was so thrilled that I had to tell friends and acquaintances about this system. BannersBroker has generated as much enthusiasm as when you discover gasoline for 20 cents at a gas station and inform your best friends about it directly.

This enthusiasm has not diminished even after more than a year.

After more than a year at BannersBroker, I have already paid out many times the money I paid in at that time and now have a considerable regular income with a very manageable amount of time invested without additional payments. It more or less runs alongside.

I am excited about the news from the last convention at Niagara Falls and I am confident that BannersBroker will bring us a lot of joy for many years to come.

Kind regards, Volker Vleiss (name changed)

BREAKING NEWS: 23.03. Bannersbroker Insider unpacks

Bannersbroker a Ponzi from the start - now totally at the end!

A banner broker insider has unpacked. The whole truth about Bannersbroker, the fraudsters and thieves around Kul Josun, Chris Smith, Rajiv Dikshit in the breathtaking blog post by theguardianuno. (only available as English original)

While the Internet site bannersbroker.com is offline for the third time this week, a conflict is raging behind the scenes in the Potemkin village of Bannersbroker for power and access to the remaining funds of the “partners”.

Update 03/22/2013 - Bannersbroker now completely offline - without an error page!

Update 03/19/2013 - The last twitches from Bannersbroker

Bannersbroker website shut down by the host - without notice!

Now the website is breaking tooBanner broker together, or on the part of the authorities, the banner broker pages were shut down. As of March 19, 2013, 6:45 p.m. CET.

Original text: “Unfortunately beyond our control, our servers are down at the hosting provider level. We are in communication with them and they have mentioned that they need up to 24 hours to restore services. We understand that the timing of this couldn't be worse. "

Right, it never gets worse. A € 300 million Internet world group likeBanner broker with tens of thousands of “affiliates” and “partners” is not even able to operate its own website, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bannersbroker is embarrassing itself to the bone, with customers (if they exist), "partners" and in public.

The Bannersbroker website has been out of service for over 24 hours, only the above replacement page is shown. The hoster Go Daddy and the domain provider currently have no failures, only banner brokers are affected.

At the same time advertisesBanner broker still brazen for the World Tour as if nothing had happened! (see below closure in India, Mastercard cancellation, withdrawal stop).

Bannersbroker in Russian: banners брокер!

BREAKING NEWS! Breaking news! 03/13/2013

Mastercard has terminated the contract with Bannersbroker with immediate effect.

Bannersbroker reveals once again what it was like from the start:

A criminal fraud system without any legitimacy!

Those who took note of the reports here were warned and saved themselves and others a lot of trouble and money.

The injured parties are slowly organizing themselves - the displeasure with the gang of fraudsters is very high - the public prosecutors will soon become active, as they did in India.

Update 10.03.2013 - Bannersbroker “Ambassador” is coming to Cologne

According to our information, a banner broker ambassador, Kurt Kornelson, will meet for the first time from March 22nd. - 25.03. in Germany, in Cologne in the Hilton Hotel. This is certainly a good opportunity to meet a banner broker representative in Germany. Critical questions are of course undesirable, with small administrative things such as payouts, Mastercard cancellation and other irregularities only the very expensive and usually completely overloaded hotline deals.

Interested parties are allowed to request a personal audience and have to register separately, so that people are not admitted who have recognized the whole fraud and the clean Mister Kurt Kornelson, who was already discovered during the ICF World homes scam together with Raj, with the Confront reality.

In this respect, it will be a closed society of pro banner broker people - and thus no chance for objective information, but the usual cheering chorus and the overwhelming enthusiasm of the (budding and real) "partner" millionaires, perhaps only spiced by one small police raids or cheated “partners” who want their money back. If you are one of those cheated and betrayed partners, I would go there, listen carefully, ask questions and secure evidence (audio, photos, videos - very easy with a smartphone).

BannersBroker advertises in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Did you feel the same way? Suddenly, in the last few weeks of the year, several business partners, friends and acquaintances on XING, Facebook, LinkedIn and by e-mail ask me about “making money on the Internet”, affiliate marketing, panels etc.

Aha,BannersBroker, never heard!

Briefly asked what it is about, what is special, what is unique - also asked Google.

The answers: alarming -

Red alert.

Banner broker: Dubious profit promises - double the stake in the shortest possible time! HYIP? MLM? Ponzi? Pyramid games? Effortless. 15 min. Daily - 5,000 € per month - Google is already showing fraud as auto-complete on Bannersbroker. - No qualification required. - We make millionaires. - Revolution on the Internet. - Whispers about advertisements (banners) in the blind network. - Lots of complaints about withdrawal problems, irregularities and no customer visibility.

In summary, the first impression:

Marketing Bullshit² + Ponzi + lots of spelling mistakes + sloppy German translation (see picture below) + no legal notice.

And on top of that: Relevant MLM types like Rajiv Dixit, Chris Smith and David Hooker in “Management”. Untrustworthy. Unprofessional.

No risk? Up to 3 years imprisonment in Austria for "pyramid games"

“Be an attention seeker.

But one by one, the facts nicely sorted. In the end, every reader will understand why hardly any online marketing professional considers banner brokers to be reputable and they avoid it. The “business model” stinks to heaven because it is too good to be true. It is completely naive to believe that online laypeople and bloody internet amateurs can make a fortune with internet advertising.

The dangers, not just of a total loss of the commitment at Bannersbroker, are very great. Anyone who becomes a "partner" at Bannersbroker can not only lose their stake, but also make themselves liable to prosecution in Germany (or Austria, Switzerland and elsewhere) and are then also liable for stakesthe others paid on his / her recommendation. It is then no trivial offense if it turns out in the end that Bannersbroker only operated a pyramid scheme (see above) to have got involved, but in the worst case it is considered commercial fraud. The boundaries between MLM and the pyramid scheme are fluid, the claimed distinction to MLM (this is NOT an MLM) is typical for systems that have a particularly large number of semi-silly MLM professionals as initiators and managers, such as banner brokers.

Pyramid games, pyramid schemes and Ponzi schemes have been prohibited in Austria according to Section 168a of the Criminal Code since March 1, 1997:The range of punishment is up to 6 months; if there are many victims, they face up to 3 years imprisonment.

The mills of the judiciary are slow, but law enforcement agencies shouldn't be underestimated. 80% of internet crime is fraud and this has grown by an incredible 40% compared to the previous year. That is why the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) in Germany and also the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Department IV in Austria, are keeping an eye on them. An investigation is also ongoing in the UK. Criminal charges were also filed in the UK and Ireland in September.

CURRENT (2.1.) In India the police have already closed the banner broker office + website.

CURRENT (10.1.) The head of Bannersbroker UK, Ian Driscoll, has left Bannersbroker. Without comment!

8 facts about BannersBroker

A lot of evidence currently indicates that BannersBroker does not operate a serious business with Internet advertisements (including banners), but only a rather cleverly camouflaged pyramid scheme.

1. Bannersbroker does not sell or trade advertising space with Internet advertisements, but rather sells advertising blocks to investors ("partners"), called "Panels" by Bannersbroker. However, ads nowhere appear, there are almost no external advertisers, with the term Blind Networks, banner brokers throw smoke candles that shed no light on the advertising business.

2. Websites that are interested in advertising placement by BannersBroker are either put off or supplied with faulty Javascript code. Nobody at BannersBroker has an interest in advertising like Google Adsense does for websites.

3. Anyone who books (buys) advertising space / "panels" from Bannersbroker receives an excerpt once a month stating how rich they have become in the meantime. What is astonishing is that some “investors” suddenly experience a multiplication of their invested capital within a few weeks. These success stories not only serve as bait for new investments at Bannersbroker.

4. Bannersbroker's events are pure sales events of the worst MLM sort. These are recruiting shows. Newspaper journalists in Ireland have secretly filmed these so that everyone can get an idea.

5. There are no traffic figures or conversion reports from the alleged internet advertising companies.

6. The founders of Bannersbroker in Canada are well-known MLM scammers, Rajiv Dixit (actual on February 20th: has since changed its name once again: Rajeeve EswarRao), was the manager of ICF World Homes, which had to be closed because the authorities in Canada recognized the fraud system as a pyramid scheme. The founders then moved to Panama and started the company again.

7. Bannersbroker Manager in Ireland, Paul McCarthy (34), got entangled in an interview with Sunday World newspaper, Dublin, claiming that Bannersbroker is not a pyramid scheme and that investors are fueling unrealistic expectations.

8. The Prosecutor's Office in India has Bannersbroker's office in India on

12/29 Closed in 2012 due to violation of Law No. 43 (mainly directed against MLM and Ponzi schemes ACT TO BAN THE PROMOTION OR CONDUCT OF PRIZE CHITS AND MONEYCIRCULATION) from 1978 and the website in India is also no longer in operation.

Above all, the following questions should be answered by a banner broker management (not by another partner), in writing, for a future banner broker “partner”:

7 questions to the banner broker "Management"

A) Who checks the accounts of investors / investors / partners in the respective countries? Auditors?

B) Who owns Bannersbroker? Do the "partners" become accomplices of the founders through their promotion / advertising for a pyramid scheme? Do they become liable and can recourse be taken for the losses that become visible and noticeable when everyone finally wants to withdraw their money? Is it criminally more favorable not to have known anything or does the legal principle apply: ignorance does not protect against punishment !?

C) Where are the banner broker offices in the countries?

D) Where are the audited and audited annual reports from Bannersbroker?

E) Why do payouts keep coming back to very lengthy stoppages when Bannersbroker is growing so fantastically?

F) Why does no bank in the world accept banner brokers or credit card systems (updated on 3/13/2013) for bank transfers / money transfers?

G) Why is Bannersbroker not allowed to operate in the largest Internet advertising market in the world, in the USA? (updated on 02/14/2013)
